PURPOSE: We require ongoing analysis of ad delivery performance to train and 

improve our AI optimization algorithms, ensuring our platform provides maximum 

value to publishers and maintains service quality.

NECESSITY: Machine learning models require real-world performance data to 

function effectively. This processing is essential to our core service and 

cannot be achieved through less intrusive means while maintaining service quality.

BALANCING: Users reasonably expect ad technology platforms to improve over time. 

Our processing:

- Uses aggregated and anonymized data where possible

- Does not create individual user profiles

- Focuses on system-level optimization, not individual targeting

- Has minimal privacy impact as it's backend algorithmic improvement

- Users can exercise their right to object through privacy controls

Our legitimate business interest in providing an effective, competitive service 

is balanced against minimal privacy impact to users.
